Where can I buy the Logbook, and how do returns work?

The Public Health Practicum Logbook is sold on Amazon as a paperback. You can find it on its Amazon product page, which always shows the current price, delivery options, and availability for your location.

Orders, shipping, and returns

This website doesn't process orders, so Amazon handles everything after you click buy:

• Tracking or changing an order. Go to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account.
• Delivery questions. Estimated delivery dates appear at checkout and on your order details page.
• Returns and refunds. Start a return from "Your Orders," and check Amazon's help pages for the return window and conditions that apply to your purchase.
• Damaged or incorrect items. Report these through your Amazon order so Amazon can offer a replacement or refund.

For any order problem, Amazon's customer service is the fastest route, because only Amazon can see your order details.

Timing your purchase

The logbook is most useful from your first practicum day. If you can, order it before you start so you can record your hours and activities from week one. If your practicum is already underway, you can still start using it right away. Log current work as it happens, and add earlier activities only from records you can verify.
