The best way to reach us is email: angel@subthesis.com. We can help with questions about the articles, corrections, privacy requests, and press or partnership inquiries. We cannot see Amazon orders, and we cannot give individualized legal, immigration, medical, or academic advice, but we can point you to the right place.
How to reach us
Email angel@subthesis.com. There is no contact form on this site, so email is the only channel. To help us reply quickly, include:
- A short subject line that says what the message is about, such as "Correction" or "Privacy request".
- The page address (URL) if your message is about a specific article or Help Center answer.
- For corrections, what you believe is wrong and, if you have one, a source we can check.
- For privacy requests, which right you want to exercise, such as know, delete, or correct.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as immigration documents, health details, or student records. We do not need them to answer your question.
What we can help with
- Questions about articles. If something on the blog or in the Help Center is unclear, ask.
- Corrections. If a page is inaccurate or out of date, let us know. We review every correction and update pages when needed.
- Privacy requests. Requests under our Privacy Policy, including California privacy rights.
- Press and partnerships. Interviews, speaking, program or course use of The Public Health Practicum Logbook, and similar inquiries.
Where to go instead
- Book orders, shipping, returns, and refunds. The book is sold on Amazon, and Amazon handles every order. Use Your Orders in your Amazon account or contact Amazon customer service. We cannot see orders or buyer information, so we cannot look up or change an order.
- Practicum requirements. Hours, deliverables, site approval, and deadlines are set by your program. Ask your practicum coordinator or check your program handbook.
- Common practicum questions. The Help Center has 100 short answers on the MPH practicum and may answer your question right away.
- Work authorization for F-1 students. Ask your international student office or Designated School Official (DSO) about CPT or OPT.
Response time
We aim to reply to most messages within a few business days. Privacy requests are answered within 45 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
